FWR Group Sustainability Auditing - Tick Fever Research Centre, Wacol, Queensland

FWR Group are currently in the process of completing a sustainability audit on the Queensland Governments Tick Fever Research Centre facility in Wacol, Queensland. The Tick Fever Centre was founded in 1966 to develop and produce vaccines against tick fever, an important disease complex of cattle. The Centre pioneered the development of live vaccines for the control of these diseases and most manufacturing plants in other countries use these methods.

FWR Group are working with the Centre Team to review energy, water and resource efficiency and strategic/action planning, with a particular focus upon energy consumption minimisation and renewable technology generation.
