Nominations now open for 2012 Premier's ClimateSmart Sustainability Awards
FWR Group was proud to see our long time client James Brockhurst of James Brockhurst The Good Guys pick up the Premier's Climate Smart Business Award at the 2010 Awards. If you believe your business is an outstanding sustainable performer, entries are now open for the 2012 Premier’s ClimateSmart Sustainability Awards!
Award nominations are open until Friday 16 March 2012 to recognise Queensland’s ClimateSmart champions who are showing environmental leadership in businesses, industry, schools, local governments and our communities and we want to hear about your green innovations and projects.
By promoting and encouraging environmental leaders in all industry sectors, Queensland can foster sustainable commerce and development.
Entries should relate to projects or initiatives that are Queensland-based and have the potential to be adopted or adapted by other organisations.
Category winners will be announced at the 2012 awards dinner held at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 8 June 2012.
Winners will receive $5,000 cash to support on-going or future sustainability projects.
If you are working on a cutting edge project, with a leading client or partner, or know of any Queensland-based companies or projects that are sustainability champions, please encourage them to nominate.
