The CBID Greenbiz program is a part of the ClimateSmart Business Cluster initiative funded by the Queensland Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM).

The CBID Greenbiz program will be facilitated and managed via the following 4 stage process:

• The first requires your completion of the registration form. The Registration process is now finalised.
• FWR Group will then make contact with you and arrange a convenient time for a site visit. This generally takes about one hour (depending on the size of your business) and involves an examination of your energy and water use practices, waste disposal program and a review of the daily operations of your business. Following the site visit, FWR Group will prepare a personalised business assessment with recommendations and opportunities for you to consider.
• There will then be a two hour workshop designed to assist you with the implementation of any strategies that you think would enhance your business.
• FWR Group will also offer ongoing support and mentoring to ensure your business receives the maximum benefit from the ClimateSmart Business Cluster Program.
