AtKisson Masterclass
Our Technical Director, Michael O'Brien, has been part of the AtKisson Sustainability Group ( www.atkisson.com ) for a few years now, so FWR Group is taking the opportunity to send Michael across to AtKisson head office in Stockholm to undertake their Sustainability Masterclass.
The ISIS Academy Master Class is six days of intensive hands-on learning, bringing years of sustainability learning and experience into laser-like focus. Lead by Alan AtKisson and an international faculty of experts, the Masterclass will assist to build and hone our knowledge and experience of sustainability through theory, reflection, and practice. FWR Group are already committed to assisting our clients to make productive, positive and rewarding change within their projects.
The Masterclass covers such areas as:
• Fluency in global sustainability issues … to help our clients address locally, the challenges emerging on a global market scale.
• Mastering the ISIS Method … working with Indicators, analyzing Systems, developing Innovations, and planning Strategy for sustainability …. and how to lead our clients through the process.
• Learning the best tools … how to apply ISIS through the AtKisson ISIS Accelerator tools, as well integrating ISIS with other popular tools, to greatly expand our capacity to help our clients respond to almost any sustainability challenge.
• Developing practitioner excellence … using group facilitation, personal coaching, communication, training techniques, and technical analysis skills to help us be at our personal best in the rapidly evolving business of ‘sustainability'.
• Understanding ourselves … defining strengths of our staff in the FWR Group, and planning for FWR's long-term development as an effective change agent for sustainability.
Michael will bring back from this Masterclass an increased suite of tools, techniques, and processes to help our business and our clients to address risks and opportunities linked to sustainability to accelerate transformation. We see this as a great opportunity to explore the application of sustainability outside of our own ‘experience' and for Michael to bring back some inspiring insights and knowledge to apply in our own business, as well as in assisting our clients to be stronger, more resilient, and increasingly profitable in the long term.
